The profile bending machine is a new type of bending equipment independently developed and produced by our company. By replacing different molds, it can bend round pipes, square pipes, angle steels, channel steels, I-beams, flat steels, and various shaped steels with larger bending radii. It can bend various types of profiles into circular, curved, spiral, elliptical, orchid shaped and other workpieces, making it an ideal mechanical equipment for efficient, energy-saving and material saving industries such as petrochemicals, aerospace, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing, grid structures, steel structures, large pipelines, hydraulic instruments, etc.
All actions of the machine are driven by hydraulic pressure and controlled by PLC. The operating system adopts a 7 "color touch screen human-machine interface to display relevant information and parameters during the rolling process in real time, including the bending radius of the product. And it has file management functions such as recording, editing, modifying, saving, and retrieving. This machine has an advanced structure and complete functions, and is currently the most advanced profile forming equipment in China. It can be placed vertically or horizontally according to the user's usage situation.
